BETAtherm® 145
Description
The BETAtherm® 145 single core cable is specially designed for use in marine and offshore equipment, and is recommended for use in switchboards, control boxes and dividation panels.
The halogen free single core cable is made of class 5 tinned fine copper strands with a electron-beam cross-linked outer sheath has an increased environmental compatibility.
The single core cable can be used for the internal wiring of lighting fixtures, heating units and panels with class B insulation.
Very high resistance to temperature (up to +145ºC), available in a wide range of different colours.
Application
Used for laying in tubes, surface wiring, direct in plaster or underneath it, as well in conduits.
May not be laid directly in cable trays, cable racks or cable troughs.
Typical areas of applications are :
- internal wiring in lamps
- heating appliances
- electric machines (thermal class B)
- switchboards and distribution boxes in apparatus, mechanical and plant engineering.
